Kilmarnock United Methodist Church welcomed another enthusiastic community turnout for its Dine for a Cause dinner on Wednesday, October 21.
Neighbors gathered to enjoy a wonderful meal together while supporting the vital work of the Lancaster Community Library, reported Michelle Scherbenske.
Held from 5-7 p.m. on third Wednesdays in the church fellowship hall, Dine for a Cause serves freshly cooked meals available for dine-in or takeout, with donation proceeds directly benefiting a selected charitable cause.
The October menu featured flavorful southwest chicken bowls, grilled to perfection by the KUMC grill master, followed by a selection of delicious desserts. Dedicated KUMC and LCL volunteers worked side-by-side to serve guests, making for a festive and rewarding evening dedicated to a good cause…..
