CLARAVILLE—Superintendent Holly Wargo welcomed Shelli Lipton as the new principal of Northumberland Middle School during the Monday, July 11, school board meeting.
Lipton said she is very excited to begin the school year and get to know the students, their families and staff at Northumberland.
During her principal’s report, Lipton shared that there were 38 students enrolled for session one of summer school and they are planning lessons for session two.
Elementary school principal Martha Williams reported that her school was averaging 80 students a day for summer school. Williams also said the kindergarten floor project is almost completed as well as lighting upgrades and….
