“The Life and Times of Dolley Madison,” as portrayed by DAR member Dale Sayers, will be the program for the Cobbs Hall Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution on Monday, December 12, at the Bayne Center at Historic Christ Church, 420 Christ Church Road, Weems.
The meeting will begin at 11:30 a.m. with a luncheon of members’ favorite family Christmas dishes and recipes, said regent Donna Weiler. The chapter welcomes those interested in Early American history, and the roles in which their families participated in the founding of this country while supporting it today.
