LANCASTER—Donna J. Thomas, 69, of Lancaster passed away on January 28, 2018.
She is survived by her husband of almost 50 years, George W. Thomas; daughters, Shelley Lackert and Stacey Smith (Shane); three grandchildren, Heather Lackert, Melinda Lackert and Evan Smith; two great-grandchildren, Nicholas Low and Matthew Cockrell; two brothers, Lloyd Lee Jenkins Jr. and Phillip Graham Jenkins and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Olene Jenkins; brother, Kendall Jenkins; and sister, Frances Terrel.
Donna retired after 33 years of service with Levi Strauss & Company. She was employed by Arton Products in Lively.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, February 1, at Corrottoman Baptist Church, Ottoman. Inurnment will follow the service at Corrottoman Baptist Church Cemetery.
Family received friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, January 31, at Currie Funeral Home, Kilmarnock.
