The Northern Neck Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America (NNMOAA) will present its annual Memorial Day Commemoration May 25 at Historic Christ Church, 420 Christ Church Road, Weems. The ceremony will begin with patriotic music at 11 a.m. and a formal observance at 11:30 a.m.
According to program coordinator, retired U.S. Army Major Edgar Doleman, the keynote speaker will be retired U.S. Army Lr. Col. Dr. Jeffrey W. Hayman, who has an extensive background in military aviation, cybersecurity, authorship and public service.
