Every year, the Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Neck (BGCNN) chooses an outstanding citizen to honor with the William H. Knull Jr. Community Service Award. The club is pleased to announce this year’s honoree is Dr. June B. Daffeh, a physician who daily treats patients from across the Northern Neck with remarkable kindness and consummate skill.
Named in honor of a founder and the first board chairman of the BGCNN, the Knull Award recognizes individuals who exemplify exceptional dedication, generosity and selflessness in service to their communities. The award will be presented at the Reach for the Stars fundraising event on October 8.
