The Lancaster County Virginia Education Foundation (LCVEF) will again sponsor the annual Lancaster Primary School third grade field trip to Washington, D.C.
On March 20, some 110 students and chaperons will board chartered buses for a full day of adventure in the nation’s capital. This will be the 20th year students will tour the sights, visit the Smithsonian National Zoo, the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum, the Museum of Natural History, the American History Museum, the Lincoln Memorial and the Jefferson Memorial, said board member Margaret Socey.
The buses will drive by the Washington Monument, the White House and the U.S. Capitol, said Socey.
