WEEMS—Elizabeth “Beth” Voss Moore, 63, of Weems passed away on September 11, 2018, after a courageous 3 1/2 year battle with cancer.
She is survived by her sons, Curtis Jack Allen and Franklin Rhett Moore; grandson, Troy Gabrial Allen; granddaughter, Natalie Marie Allen; niece, Jennifer Routt Clark (Danny); cousin, Cliff Voss (Cliff); and a very close friend, Susan Smither.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ella Gaines Voss and Franklin Curtis Voss; husband, Rhett N. Moore; and her son, Christopher James Allen.
Beth was a lifetime member of Claybrook Baptist Church. She was a longtime substitute teacher and paraprofessional for Lancaster County Public Schools.
She was an avid Elton John fan and greatly enjoyed his concerts.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, September 21, at Claybrook Baptist Church, Weems. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
Family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, September 20, at Currie Funeral Home, Kilmarnock.
