KILMARNOCK—Lancaster County-based business owners Julien Patterson and Terri Wesselman are working on plans to bring family fun, entertainment and community engagement to the Northern Neck in 2020.
The civic-minded business duo’s latest venture, Compass Entertainment Complex, will be a multi-screen movie theater and family entertainment center near the Hills Quarter community on Irvington Road between Kilmarnock and Irvington, as part of the approved comprehensive plan.
