Eubank is write-in winner in White Stone

LANCASTER—On Wednesday, May 20, following a canvas of the Tuesday, May 19, town election in White Stone, AnnGardner Eubank was determined the write-in winner.

While four seats were up for election, only three candidates had qualified for the ballot.
