
KILMARNOCK—On March 12, 2023, Evelyn B. Davison was reunited with her husband of 60 years, Homer Allen Davison Jr., retired DC Firefighter, who preceded her in death on March 24, 2022.
Like her husband Allen, Evelyn lived a life of service. She was a crossing guard in Prince Georges County, Md., supported her community, their church and youth in the church until their retirement to Waldorf, Md. She enjoyed real estate, trips to Florida, time with her family, her sisters and her cousins in the Northern Neck.
She was preceded in death by both parents, Lacy C. Bush and Mildred Corrine Belfield Bush; and one brother, Lacy C. Bush Jr.
She is survived by her sisters, Barbara B. Swann and Judy B. Franklin; her children, Christopher A. Davison (Linda), Leah C. Miner (Keith), David L. Davison, Kelly D. Muni (Christopher) and Krystle A. Kime (Jeremy); her 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She will be remembered on March 18. Services will be held at 2 p.m. at Currie Funeral Home, 116 East Church Street, Kilmarnock. Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. She will be laid to rest with her husband, Allen, at Wicomico United Methodist Church, following the service.
