FREDERICKSBURG—Beginning Monday, October 7, the Virginia Department of Transportation will begin conducting a routine annual inspection on the Robert O. Norris Jr. Memorial Bridge at White Stone.
Drivers should expect a single lane closure on the Route 3 bridge over the Rappahannock River, reported Tina Bundy. Lane closures will take place from 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Mondays through Fridays, October 7-31.
Automated flagging devices will control traffic one-way through the work zone during work hours.
