Lancaster High School (LHS) athletic director Dave Zeiler recently announced the practice schedule for fall sports.
Zeiler reminds all athletes they must have a completed Virginia High School League physical form before beginning practice. If one has not already been submitted to the school, please bring the completed form to the coach at the first practice, he said.
