Farmers market to feature fall harvest

The Irvington Farmers Market welcomes the autumn harvest of pumpkins, apples and sweet potatoes, as well as flowers and plants for the fall garden, October 3 at the Irvington Commons, 98 King Carter Drive, Irvington.

The Irvington Farmers Market is sponsored by the Irvington Village Improvement Association. The hours are 9 a.m.-l p.m.

The market will feature a mix of seasoned and new vendors offering crafts, baked goods, prepared foods and artwork, said market manager Greg Kirkbride.

Some of the new vendors include Mushroom Farm, Gypsy Art, Rivah Culture Bakery, Wooden Hook and Fallin Catering…
