The Northern Neck Chapter 1823 of the National Active and Retired Federal Employees Association will meet at 1 p.m. February 3, at the Backdraft Restaurant, 7415 Oldhams Road, Kinsale. Attendees will order lunch from the menu and pay individually.
Dr. Merthia Haynie, a member of the corporate board of directors for the Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Neck, will be the speaker. The executive board will meet at noon.
