Barbara Brecher, a fiber artist and owner of I Felt Fine Design, recently was invited to participate in two national wearable art shows in October.
She will show and sell her work at the Smithsonian Women’s Committee’s 2022 Craft2Wear Show, one of the finest wearable art shows in the country, said Brecher.
More than 70 artists from around the country will showcase their work. Attendees will find one-of-a-kind American contemporary wearable art including jewelry, leather and clothing.
Brecher will show her colorful silk and wool one-of-a-kind materials which are transformed into jackets, scarves and purses.
