Rappahannock Community College’s Rappahannock Institute for Lifelong Learning (RILL) will offer “Curing the Winter Blahs: Creating Arrangements Using Tropicals and House Plants” from 1-3 p.m. February 23 at RCC, 52 Campus Drive, Warsaw.
This class will focus on arrangements created from the leaves of beautiful tropicals and house plants, reported media services manager Michele Inderrieden. After an hour of instruction and an hour of arranging, participants will leave class with a professional arrangement—and the confidence to create floral displays on their own.
