Friends of Dragon Run (FODR) will hold a winter members hike from 1-3 p.m. Sunday, December 7, at Dragon Flats, on Farley Road in Middlesex County.
“Falling leaves and temperatures remind us that winter is approaching fast, but there are still plenty of great things to observe in the woods,” said communications director Jack Kauffman.
Nature guides will help to point out interesting plants, lichens and fungus on the forest floor and there will surely be birds flying in….
