Bon Secours Rappahannock General Hospital (BSRGH) and the Northern Neck Family YMCA will provide free blood pressure screenings from 9 to 11 a.m. Monday, March 5, at the YMCA, 39 William B. Graham Court, Kilmarnock.
“BSRGH and the YMCA strive to promote a heart healthy lifestyle which includes knowing your numbers,” said RGH employee wellness coordinator Candace Keyser, RN, BSN.
There will also be complimentary hand and chair massages.
“Being aware of your health risks and conditions can motivate you to make the necessary changes to work toward a healthier heart,” said Keyser.
