Friends and family throw surprise birthday parade for Nancy Kellum

For folks not in the know, the parade of 40 cars with horns blaring on James Lane in Weems last Saturday was to celebrate Nancy Kellum’s 80th birthday.

The milestone was originally going to be celebrated with a surprise party, according to her son, Archie Kellum of Richmond. But along came a pandemic and the mandate for social distancing to change those plans.
