The Lancaster Virginia Historical Society (LVHS) recently announced Gilman Heating, Cooling and Plumbing installed a new heat pump system in the Dunton Library for Genealogy and History and made a $5,000 in-kind donation to the project.
Gilman’s corporate generosity allowed LVHS to get higher performing, top-level equipment at a lower budget tier, reported executive director Karen Hart.
“Calvin Foster, HVAC design specialist, and Brian Dooley, sales and marketing manager, took a keen interest in our new library plans and helped address concerns about temperature and humidity for the large number of books and paper….
