Golf tournament to benefit veterans

Golfers are invited to the Dave Marchant Memorial Virginia Veterans Golf Tournament September 16 at the Piankatank River Golf Club in Hartfield.

Hosted by the Knights of Columbus Assembly 3349, this is a four-player captain’s choice competition open to everyone, reported Gary Richardson. Proceeds will benefit Virginia Veteran and Family Support.

Team prizes will be awarded in each of three flights and….
