Gov. Youngkin reflects on growth of Virginia’s agricultural industry

Farmers recently got credit for their commitment to growing the farm economy and culture of the Commonwealth. Over the last four years, Gov. Glenn Youngkin said his job has been to ensure that the state’s agriculture and forestry industries were stronger and more capable, moving toward a brighter future.

In a farewell address December 3 to the Virginia Farm Bureau Federation at the organization’s annual convention in Williamsburg, Gov. Youngkin reflected on the success and influence of the state’s largest private industry during his tenure.
