The deadline for local nonprofit organizations to submit grant requests to the Grace Church Grace Outreach Committee for funding from the ongoing yard sale is May 2.
This is the first of two chances to submit applications for money in 2022, reported Cliffe Harris. The second deadline for submitting grant requests will be November 1. Organizations may apply for money by both deadlines and are not limited to one or the other.
Last year the Grace Church Yard Sale generated over $101,000 that was given back to local organizations, he said. The Grace Church Outreach Committee funded 12 different local nonprofits in 2021….
