February 8 was a cold and rainy day, but that didn’t stop over 60 people from attending the Tea Paw-ty at Grace Episcopal Church in Kilmarnock to support a no-kill animal shelter being built by the Northern Neck Partners for Pets (NNPP).
Attendees, many wearing festive hats and fascinators, enjoyed a lovely event, highlighted by an introductory talk by NNPP president Terrie Dort.
