A 10-week grief support group is organizing at the Bay Center for Spiritual Development, 31 Noblett Lane, Kilmarnock. The first session will be held from 1-2:30 p.m. on January 8.
This group will allow participants to explore, within a “trusting, nurturing and confidential environment” their reactions to loss, learn about the grieving process, develop strategies for coping and begin to integrate this change into their lives in order to move forward, said director Carol Burke.
