The house is a three-bedroom/two bath 1,100 square-foot dwelling, sited on a two-acre donated lot in Heathsville.

Habitat will commence Build #23 by the end of the summer, said board president Eddy Whichard. “The family for Build #23 has already been selected and it will be built on a donated lot suitable for a three-bedroom home,” Whichard said.
