Northumberland County now has a team competing in the National Adult Baseball Association (NABA) Richmond summer league.
The Heathsville Hurricanes, led by player/coaches Brian Harris and Sam Fisher, play their home games at the Northumberland High School field, 529 Academic Lane, Claraville. The remainder of the Hurricanes’ regular season games will be 2 p.m. home games on Saturdays and Sundays.
