The Bay Center’s annual Helpers and Healers event will be held from 5:30-7 p.m. Tuesday, October 19, at the YMCA’s Camp Kekoka, 1083 Boys Camp Road, Kilmarnock.
This networking event is an opportunity for the community’s “Helpers and Healers” to meet and mingle with others who hold common interests and clientele, reported volunteer Whitney Lang.
It is intended for those who provide medical, psychological, spiritual, legal and complementary services in the Northern Neck and surrounding areas. Complementary services include a wide range of caregivers, hospice volunteers, first responders, nutritionists, health coaches, massage therapists, physical and occupational therapists, pharmacists, counselors and youth leaders.
