Historian to discuss local African American life during the Civil War Era

Interracial Conversations of the Northern Neck will meet from 5:30-7 p.m. Tuesday, March 24, at Mt. Olive Baptist Church, 6749 Jessie duPont Memorial Highway, Wicomico Church.

Local historian and writer Keith Kehlbeck will present “Life for Local African Americans during the Civil War Era and the Perspective of Rev. John Towles, Episcopal Rector.”
