For some, the 2018 Holly Ball will be the crowning event of the holiday season in the Northern Neck.

Standing beside each debutante will be a handsome fresh faced young man in shiny black shoes and a tuxedo, said Gallagher. As he stands straight and tall, he ponders the steps of the figure and questions if his deb will be crowned queen.
