The 2020 Music by the River concert series will conclude Saturday, August 15, with The Honeywind Bluegrass Boys. The concert will be held from 6-8 p.m. in the waterfront picnic area at Belle Isle State Park, 1632 Belle Isle Road, Lancaster.
