Bon Secours Rappahannock General Hospital (RGH) recently donated 21 first aid kits to the Kilmarnock Police Department (KPD) and Northumberland County Sheriff’s Office (NCSO). All squad cars will be equipped with the kits.
The Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office was provided the same kits last year.
