Indian Creek Yacht and Country Club (ICYCC) offers pickleball, tennis and Spec Tennis on a regular basis.
“Reasons like this are why pickleball has become so popular,” says ICYCC director of racquet sports George Christoforatos. “Without taking lessons, you can probably figure out how to rally the ball back and forth on Day 1.”
The number one reason pickleball has grown in popularity in the U.S. is because it is very easy to play, said Christoforatos. Playing to win is another thing; it takes time and lessons/clinics to learn how to win at pickleball. ICYCC offers several clinics, lessons and open play.
