Illuminate Irvington, a holiday celebration featuring a tree lighting, caroling, a visit by Santa Claus, children’s activities, shopping, a gift raffle and a decorated golf cart parade will be held on December 7.
Illuminate Irvington is sponsored by the town of Irvington and the Irvington Virginia Business Association (IVBA).
The event will begin with “Shop the Town,” as IVBA member businesses welcome visitors from 4-5:30 p.m. offering holiday delights and shopping specials. The IVBA also will host a raffle of three prize baskets filled with donated gifts from participating businesses.
“The IVBA is excited to partner with the town of Irvington in hosting this special evening of holiday fun and good cheer,” said IVBA chairman Samantha Van Saun.
