Irvington will start the Christmas season December 5 with an expanded Illuminate Irvington event. The free, family-friendly holiday celebration will feature a tree lighting, caroling, a visit by Santa Claus, children’s games, holiday treats, gift raffles and a parade of decorated golf carts.
Sponsored by the town of Irvington and the Irvington Virginia Business Association (IVBA), Illuminate Irvington will include activities spanning the area from the shops on Irvington Road to the front of the Irvington United Methodist Church and the Irvington Commons.
