Irving, the official Irvington Giant Pumpkin, is back up on the Irvington Town Commons, 98 King Carter Drive, Irvington, and ready for Halloween photo ops.
Prime among his duties will be to preside over the Irvington Village Improvement Association’s (VIA) Halloween Costume Contest at 6 p.m. October 31.
All area children up to age 12 in costume are welcome…
