Irvington to celebrate holiday weekend with farmers market, concert and parade

Irvington will celebrate the Fourth of July holiday weekend with a farmers market and rousing U.S. Air Force Heritage of America Band concert on July 2 presented by the Irvington Village Improvement Association (VIA), followed by a flag waving Hometown Parade on July 3, sponsored by the Town of Irvington.

The Irvington Farmers Market will feature more than 100 vendors offering produce, baked goods, artwork, crafts and food from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the Irvington Town Commons, said VIA president Steve Kimmeth.
