Jacqueline “Jackie” Nunnery of Heathsville has recently joined the Rappahannock Record as a general assignment reporter and photographer.
Nunnery received her bachelor’s in advertising from Michigan State University and her master’s in education from University of Michigan.
During her career she has held positions in marketing and as a teacher, and more recently as a freelance writer. Since 2017 she has written media releases, advertising copy, web copy, magazine articles and social media posts for a variety of clients. She has covered local government and education for the Northern Neck News in Warsaw and is a feature writer for House & Home magazine.
