REEDVILLE—Joseph Beverly Burrell, 78, of Reedville, formerly of Richmond and Powhatan, passed on June 25, 2019.
He is survived by son, Benji and daughter-in-law Kat; daughter, Beverly; granddaughters, Kaylee, Sarah and Hannah; and good friend Kim.
He was preceded in death by his wife and sweet angel, Frances.
He is loved and will be missed by his family and many close friends, including his buddies at the BRC who always told him to stop and smell the roses.
Joe was smart, multi-talented with head and hands, a builder, welder, accountant, manager, father, waterman, farmer and hunter.
He was caring, passionate, loving and loved to have fun. He was young at heart and mind.
