KILMARNOCK—Joyce W. Brown, 73, of Kilmarnock passed away June 1, 2020. She was born and raised in Weems, the daughter of the late Russell and Bertha Winstead.
She is survived by her husband, Fletcher L. Brown III; son, Fletcher L. Brown IV (Dawn); daughter, Sara B. Cockrell (Taylor); and grandchildren, Victoria Brown, Fletcher L. Brown V and Sully Cockrell.
Joyce was a graduate of Lancaster High School, co-owner of Eubanks & Son and a member of the Kilmarnock Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary.
She loved flowers, especially her roses. Joyce was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
