OPHELIA—Julian Booker Webb Jr., 61, of Northumberland Plantation, Ophelia died on January 30, 2018. He was a waterman and avid fisherman. Mr. Webb was preceded in death by his parents, Julian B. Sr. and Peggy Lou Webb; and sisters, Carolyn W. Taylor, Linda W. Tapscott and Brenda L. Webb.
Surviving are his wife of 32 years, Judy B. Webb; daughter Katie P. Webb; his local waterman family and his Plantation Cronies.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
