The Kilmarnock Kandy for Kids, a safe trick-or-treating event, will be held from 4-6 p.m. Saturday, October 26 in the Steptoe’s District.
The event is brought to the community’s children by Lancaster by the Bay Chamber of Commerce, said executive director Anne Paparella.
