PETERSBURG—Kay Frances Fallin Ramsey, 84, of Petersburg, formerly of the Northern Neck, passed away November 15, 2021.
She is survived by her husband, Donald Ramsey; son, Mike Fallin (Jill); granddaughter, Rachel Fallin; sister, Barbara Dameron; niece, Holly McCaffity; and nephew, Andrew Scott.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Hazel Scott.
She worked in the editorial department for the Richmond Times Dispatch for many years and as a nursing assistant at Retreat Hospital. She was an avid animal lover and she always loved the Northern Neck.
Funeral services were held at noon Friday, November 19, at Seventh Day Adventist Church, Kilmarnock. Interment followed in the church cemetery. Family received friends from 10 a.m.-noon prior to the service.
