STAFFORD—Kell Robert Hoovler, 69, of Stafford passed away on Divine Mercy Sunday, April 11, 2021, in Stafford after an unexpected illness.
Hoovler was born with a song in his spirit. In the heart of the Hoovler family, Kell was raised to be a man of conviction and integrity. To all who knew him, he was a sturdy oak of a man, ready to extend an open hand and a willing heart to family and friends.
