The Heathsville Farmers Market will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. July 21 at Rice’s Hotel/Hughlett’s Tavern, 73 Monument Place, Heathsville. The theme will be “Kids’ Day.” The Tavern Woodworkers Guild will have a table set up for making toy wooden boats. The Tavern Crafters will have rockpainting and the Callao Volunteer Fire Department will send their antique fire engine (above). The Spinners & Weavers Guild will have looms set up for kids to weave. Stop by the Tavern’s membership table for special treats.
