With early voting underway for the November 3 election, the Rappahannock Record recently asked candidates in contested local races to comment on a few issues.
Registered voters in Lancaster and Northumberland counties, who also live within the Kilmarnock corporate limits, will have a choice for town council, where three seats are up for election and five candidates appear on the ballot.
Candidates include Sean T. Bowles, Matthew A. Cunningham, Paul “PJ” Jones, Cynthia L. Scott and Cameron “Cammie” Smith.
