KILMARNOCK—The Kilmarnock Town Council on Monday, September 21, made some adjustments to the town’s enterprise zone expansion framework.
By a unanimous vote, council approved a list of incentives in the town’s enterprise zone expansion framework.
During an economic development committee report, council member Mae Umphlett indicated new boundary lines for the enterprise zone had been proposed.
According to zoning administrator Marshall Sebra, there were difficulties adjusting the boundary lines due to being “maxed out” on the amount of land already in the zone….
