Kilmarnock council welcomes new police officers, approves sewer capital expenditures

KILMARNOCK—The Kilmarnock Town Council on Monday, March 17, welcomed two new officers to the town police force.

Mayor Shawn Donahue welcomed officer Thomas Morelli who joined the force earlier in March. Officer Rachel Armistead has also joined the Kilmarnock Police Department.

Among committee briefings, streets, sidewalks and parks chairman Alice Cooper said staff has begun exploring proposals from different design firms for the bike park addition coming to Town Centre Park.
