The Kilmarnock Farmers Market will be held from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, August 17, at Town Centre Park, 150 North Main Street, Kilmarnock.
The town is seeing some very steady foot traffic at the monthly market, said special events coordinator Ashley Jones.
“July’s market brought in over 500 people,” said Jones. “With each market we are expanding not only with new and exciting vendors, but the participant foot traffic is fantastic.”
Making their market debut last month, Chadwick’s Nursery and Gardening brought fresh cut flowers. Again, this month Chadwick’s will showcase many different types, cuts and colors of flowers, she said.
“We are pleased to welcome Cupcakes by Shyla to the market this month,” said Jones. “Stop by and see what delicious sweet treats she has to offer.”
